A customer is the customer_name your calls carry, and revenue comes from Sync revenue. Both land on the same customer through that name.

Each customer shows its revenue, AI cost, margin, gross margin, average cost per feature run, tokens, cost change month over month, and a Status: Healthy, Watch, At risk or Unprofitable. Set the margin thresholds behind each status from the gear icon on the Status column.
