# Organizations & projects

> An organization is your company on Weflayr; its projects keep the data of each product or environment apart.

## Organizations

An organization is your team's space on Weflayr. It holds:

* **Members**: everyone who can open its projects.
* **Credits**: one [credit](/product/credits) balance, shared by all its projects.
* **Integrations**: the Slack workspace its [alerts](/product/alerts) post to.

Open the organization menu at the bottom of the sidebar to switch organizations, create one, or open its settings (gear icon). From the settings, invite members by email, change their role, connect Slack, or leave or delete the organization.

| - | - |
| **Member** | See the projects and their dashboards. |
| **Admin** | Also invite members, change roles, manage credits and billing, and delete the organization. |

## Projects

A project lives in an organization and keeps its own calls, [API keys](/product/api-keys), benchmarks and routing strategies, e.g. one project per product, or one for production and one for staging. Switch projects, or create one, from the project name at the top of the sidebar.

## Internal projects

A **Revenue-linked cost** project tracks AI cost against your customers' revenue. An **Internal cost** project is for internal tools (a sales copilot, a support assistant) with no revenue: it tracks cost per user against the key metrics the tool drives, such as meetings booked. [AI Margin](/product/ai-margin#internal-projects-performance) then becomes Performance, and Cost & revenue becomes Cost & key metrics, where you name your key metrics and upload their values per user, or push them with [Set key metrics](/api/management/set-key-metrics).
