# Customer tags

> Add your own dimensions to customers, such as plan or region, and filter on them.

Tags show up as filters on [AI Cost](/product/ai-cost) and [AI Margin](/product/ai-margin), to answer questions like "what does the healthcare segment cost me in AI".

Upload a CSV (one row per customer, one column per tag), edit values in the table, or push them with [Set customer tags](/api/management/set-customer-tags).
